REDSAIL Acrylic Breeze CO2 Laser Engraving Machine and Laser Cutting Machines is a perfect choice for acrylic material. Providing an extremely smooth engraving or marking at an unbelievable speed. Leaving the acrylic nicely cut, engraved or perfectly marked. Furthermore, you can cut the material easily with our machine.
The working space is 24" * 16", supporting all non-metal materials that are below this size. There is optional upgradation available, check with your customer service consultant.
Acrylic CO2 laser engraving machine is suitable to use cast acrylic sheets to create frosted looking cartoon characters, calligraphy, etc. Redsail recommend that you can do your acrylic CO2 engraving on the back side of the acrylic, to create a looking through image. However, remember to mirror side your image when carrying out the laser engraving process.

Why Redsail
Q1. Can CO2 acrylic laser cutting machine be used to cut PVC?
A1. Theoretically, it is not suggested is CO2 acrylic laser cutting machine adopts laser beam. Which generates high temperature and cause melting of the materials during cutting operations. Furthermore, PVC sheets will oxidize, causing discolorization of the cut surface, and affecting the appearance. Thus, acrylic CO2 laser cutter is not suggested to cut PVC sheets.
Q2. Which machine is the best for acrylic, CO2 laser cutting machine or fibre laser machine?
A2. Fiber laser cutting machine is a perfect choices for cutting metals, while acrylic is belonging to non-metal materials. Thus, it is the perfect choice to use acrylic CO2 laser cutting machine. CO2 acrylic laser machine's wavelength is 10um, on the other hand fibre laser is 1.06um. The former one is relatively easily being absorbed by non-metal, thus, it can cut non metallic materials, just like acrylic sheets.
